The Living Room is a gathering space designed for connection, conversation, and comfort. With a glowing fireplace, soft chairs, and tea and coffee always at hand, it’s the perfect spot for book clubs, discussion groups, or unwinding with friends. Available for hourly rentals, The Living Room offers a cozy atmosphere for meaning making—whether you're diving into big ideas or just enjoying each other's company.

The Details

- For free gatherings: $12/hour
- For business related or revenue generating gatherings: $24/hour
- Let us know if cost is an issue, and we’ll work with you.
- The room can be arranged to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
- Living Room Setup: Three small clusters of 3-4 chairs
- Discussion Setup: One circle of 10-14 chairs
- We’ll include 15 minutes before and after your reservation for setup and cleanup.
- Just let us know if you’ll need additional time.
- Tea: You’ll find a selection of teas, an electric kettle, and filtered water all ready to go.
- Coffee: Feel free to brew a pot of coffee! There’s freshly ground regular and decaf on the shelf.
- Extras: Help yourself to sugar, honey, paper cups, stir sticks, and napkins.
- We can’t provide refrigerated items, so make sure to bring some creamer if you’ll need it.
- Off street parking is available in the lot on the south side of Selby just east of Kent Street.
- There’s also ample street parking along Selby.
